At LANGFOSS, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
What Is the Lender's Formula?
Some products such as personal care items, hygiene products, or customized items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
